To book in advance, grooming discounts, and other freebies.
There are no fees applied for cancellations or reschedules that have given 72 hours or more notice. If you cancel within 2 days, 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged. If you need to cancel 1 day or or less, 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged. To cancel your appointment, send an email to hello@waggytailgroomers.com
We typically have back to back grooming appointments and provide a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive after your grace period we will do our best to get your loved one in for their grooming appointment. Anything greater then 15 minutes will be considered a same day cancellation
A Waggy Tails groomer will reach out via text and email to let you know when its time to head down. We keep these as close as possible to your booking time. Once you get the text head down to the designated area. After your pet is groomed, we will send you an update via email and text to come pick up your loved one. If you don't pick up your pet withing the 15-minute window, you are subject to an additional fee of $25
Yes, we are happy to reschedule your appointment free of charge with a 48 hour notice or if we have any openings in our schedule. To reschedule, please send us a an email at hello@waggytailgroomers.com
Yes, we accept walk-ins as long as we have an opening in our schedule.
